WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ORDERS FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP?

We offer WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING. We work exclusively with our manufacturing partners so it is direct to your door. No middle man and the extra costs involved.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Order processing can take up to 1-7 business days BEFORE SHIPMENT
  • Please see each individual product for shipping times, which can be viewed here. We guarantee your product will arrive at you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND.
  • We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS whilst product is in transit as it is already on the way. 
  • Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

We provide standard insured shipping worldwide. We handle all the paperwork to successfully clear international customs as well as declare the price to avoid any taxes that may be imposed upon you. 

  • Standard Insured Shipping: Includes tracking number and covers for any possible lost parcels during transit. This does not cover for any possible stolen goods upon delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we will process your order to our suppliers to send for immediate shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your PayPal it will ship within 1-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. Please note that it takes up to 5-10 days for tracking information take effect and there is often a delay in transit between countries until it arrives in the destination country.
